The Wicker Man NZB (1973)
Een Christelijke politie-inspecteur onderzoekt de verdwijning van een 12-jarig meisje. Hij reist daarvoor naar een Schots eilandje, waar de bewoners niet veel interesse blijken te hebben in de verdwijning. Na verloop van tijd blijkt dat de bewoners er een nogal aparte levensinstelling op na houden, waaronder extreme natuurverering, vrije sex en hekserij. Dit alles onder het toeziend oog van de excentrieke Lord Summerisle.
