Aka: Bram Stoker's Dracula
This version of Dracula is closely based on Bram Stoker's classic novel of the same name. A young lawyer (Jonathan Harker) is assigned to a gloomy village in the mists of eastern Europe. He is captured and imprisoned by the undead vampire Dracula, who travels to London, inspired by a photograph of Harker's betrothed, Mina Murray. In Britain, Dracula begins a reign of seduction and terror, draining the life from Mina's closest friend, Lucy Westenra. Lucy's friends gather together to try to drive Dracula away.

Anthony Hopkins is obsessed vamp...

The teaser trailer for Dario Argento 's 3D Dracula has just arrived online, and it's... interesting. Like most screen Draculas, Argento's is a pretty handsome dude, and not at all the hideous old man of Bram Stoker 's novel. In the plus column, there are generous amounts of gore and nudity, and, with genre icon Rutger Hauer , Argento's film may be the first major English-language Dracula whose Van Helsing is actually Dutch! (It's a little funny his accent isn't nearly as prounounced as Anthony Hopkins' in Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula.) Of course an Argento film wouldn't be an Argento film these days without the filmmaker shooting his daughter Asia Argento in her birthday suit. Check out all this
