This deviation from painting burns up Marcus, who believes he is establishing his legacy through Jack's art. Donning ninja garb, Marcus sets out to further "inspire" Jack. Jack, een schilder met een gestagneerde ontwikkeling, moet een nieuwe theatermedewerker trainen, genaamd Marcus. Hij is een met woede gevulde, op een motor scheurende oosterse vechter. Marcus gaat vervolgens met Jack's vriendin annex actrice Sharon flirten, wat erg op de zenuwen werkt van sci-fi geek Nick.
