Jack is een jongeman, die besluit om net te doen of hij compleet gestoord is. Op deze manier kan hij zijn zus redden, die ook in het instituut zit. Binnen in het instituut ontdekt Jack echter dat een mysterieuze dokter zijn cliënten gebruikt als proefkonijnen en ze een middel toedient waarvan ze langzaam maar zeker veranderen in gruwelijke kannibalistische psychopaten.
