A young man's desperate struggle to do the right thing for his father has unfortunate consequences in this independent drama from director Pan Jianlin. Fugui (Zhou Cheng) is a deliveryman who works hard but makes little money for his efforts. Fugui barely earns enough to take care of himself, and his budget is stretched past the breaking point when his elderly father becomes severely ill and loses his home. Fugui moves his dad into his small and shabby flat, and tries to find a way to pay for the medication that treats but will not cure father's condition.
