De playboy-eigenaar van een appartementencomplex gaat er prat op dat hij met al zijn vrouwelijke huurders het bed heeft gedeeld. Dit zijn er nogal wat, daar hij alleen kamers verhuurt aan mooie jonge vrouwen. Als er op een dag een nieuwe, jonge, maagdelijke schone in een appartement komt wonen, besluit hij dat dit zijn nieuwste verovering moet worden. Hij weet niet dat zij al een vriendje heeft, zij het dat ze een platonische relatie hebben. Als haar vriendje achter het plan van de playboy komt, weet hij dat hij de eerste moet zijn die de liefde van de jonge dame moet veroveren.
