Pretty in Pink (1986)

Andie behoort op school tot de meest impopulaire meisjes. Daarbij heeft ze het thuis niet al te breed, maar is gelukkig met haar beste vriend Duckie en moederfiguur Iona. Duckie die uit hetzelfde milieu als Andie komt, wil heimelijk meer dan alleen vrienden zijn. Maar Andie wordt verliefd op Blane, die op school tot het elitegroepje hoort.
