Robot teachers have been secretly placed in the schools where the students have run riot. The teachers do a god job of controlling the unruly youngsters, until they go too far and some students get suspicious.
In het toekomstjaar 1999 gaat het er op de Kennedy High School bepaald niet keurig toe. Drugshandel, prostitutie en bende-oorlogen bepalen de dagelijkse gang van zaken. De schoolleiding neemt maatregelen. Er worden robots ingezet om de scholieren in bedwang te houden. De scholieren verenigen zich en starten een bikkelharde strijd tegen de robots. Opvolger van de film Class of 1984.
